As a commercial industrial parts supplier, ESS had already built a strong reputation for its superb customer service and responsiveness.

The existing branding, however, wasn't properly signalling ESS as a trusted team, but rather had the team looking under-resourced.  

And yet, once a client onboards with ESS, it finds itself connected into a great partner supplier relationship.

Since ESS now serves on larger projects, a need to refresh the brand was necessary to communicate the trust and capability it has progressively built a reputation for among existing clients.

We looked at building a strategic brand foundation that enables buyers to immediate gauge the brand's defining qualities as a responsive, adaptable and trusted partner.
